At our fine breakfast buffet you strengthen yourself in the morning from 8:00 to 11:00 with high-quality, regional products:

• hearty Allgäu sausage specialties from the traditional butcher’s shop
• aromatic hay-milk cheese products from the board of the alpine dairy Rutzhofen
• selection of soft cheeses
• fresh egg dishes from happy Allgäu free-range chickens
• hand-mixed jams from the Faller manufactory
• vitamin-rich muesli and fruit corner with various cereals and superfoods
• tomato, mozzarella and cucumber and olives
• smoked fish with horseradish
• honey from the alpine country
• local milk and yogurt variations

• vegan yogurt, spreads, salads, vegetable milk
• crispy and fragrant bread, rolls and pastries

Every Saturday morning there are Bavarian delicacies with fresh white sausages, sweet mustard and pretzels.
And on Sundays, a sparkling glass of Geldermann sparkling wine.

A favorite spot for breakfast in the summer is our green garden terrace.
